PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Before coming to work for The Construction Law Group where he has practiced for the past eight years, Gary obtained substantial experience in working for the Colorado Environmental Coalition, United States Environmental Protection Agency (Headquarters) Water Division - Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Washington, DC, Northwest Colorado Council of Government (Water Quality/Quantity Committee), Silverthorne, Colorado and the Connecticut River Watershed Council, Brattleboro, Vermont. Since joining The Construction Law Group, Gary has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts in a wide variety of design and construction claims.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Kuhn is admitted to practice in Colorado, before the United States District Court for Colorado and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice has included a wide variety of design and construction claims. Putting his education to specific use, Gary has handled many of the firm's cases involving subsurface soils conditions, pollution, water and aquifer contamination issues and Environmental Site Assessment matters.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Gary is an avid outdoorsman. He is both a Nordic and Alpine skier. He has raced bicycles and is currently in training for his latest triathlon. He is an enthusiastic hockey player and is well on the way to his goal of climbing all of Colorado's "14ers".
