Byrum C. Lee, Jr.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mr. Lee leads the firm's construction law practice including contract negotiation and drafting, risk management for design and construction, bonding, zoning, project consulting, litigation and dispute resolution. He has represented clients in over 15 states on cases involving catastrophic failures, fires, floods, earth slides, architectural, mechanical, structural, and soils claims, pollution and hazardous material claims, CPM issues, construction delays and claims for equitable adjustment, ADA and Fair Housing Act Claims, defense of Federal False Claims Practice Act cases, architectural copyright, patent infringement, bond and surety claims, survey and boundary disputes and U.S. Government contract claims.
AREAS OF PRACTICE Byrum is admitted to practice in Colorado, before the U.S. Federal District Court for Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients before the Armed Services, Postal and GSA Boards of Contract Appeals. He is active in all areas of design and construction law and has handled litigation and contract drafting matters in over 15 states, Canada, Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland, Taiwan, Bermuda, Mexico and other areas.
